Clearly the last hire was done by their shitty committee and they gave poles an option of 3 garbage candidates. We dont even know what is true regarding reports about flus/poles because the chicago media is trash and conflicts themselves.

He kept him for the 2024 season, was part of the process to hire Waldron and seems to think Chris Morgan is some sort of god's gift to OL play despite the OL being absolute shit for the past 3 years.

The team fucking sucks and is getting worse - nothing Poles does inspires any hope in his ability to lead a franchise - the only thing he did right was the 2023 haul and his usage of those assets has been suspect.
