That has nothing to do with playcalling or offensive philosophy. Just a coach recognizing a players coaching potential and helping to foster it.

For one, I was being facetious. Two, Ben Johnson literally said John schoop and his preparedness and attention to detail made him want to be a coach.

That podcast with Ben Johnson’s agent was awesome. Really gives insight into the whole process I highly recommend it. Just fast forward until it starts.

Why would that be an issue? Do you know what his preparedness and attention to detail was like at UNC?

I believe that if it happens by a certain date the picks start the same year.
Like before the start of the new league year, which happens sometime in March of every year.
