Honestly I’d be shocked if Allen defected. He declined to even interview with the 49ers if you can believe the internet. All because he promised to come here.

Also he gets to hire basically his own staff, and maybe we even bring some of his offensive staff too. If he goes to the Lions he isn’t bringing anyone with him.

Why is that? DET practically lost their entire staff except for an OL coach
