Lol it says the first QB taken which clearly means at the top of the draft. You asked for scouts and I included a portion that was not from scouts. So by the guidelines you specified that portion is irrelevant because it wasn't a scouts take.
My comment was that scouts have had him as a possible first rounder for most of the season so it is relevant that some had him possibly going at the top of the draft at the start of the season.
