Lol it says the first QB taken which clearly means at the top of the draft. You asked for scouts and I included a portion that was not from scouts. So by the guidelines you specified that portion is irrelevant because it wasn't a scouts take.

My comment was that scouts have had him as a possible first rounder for most of the season so it is relevant that some had him possibly going at the top of the draft at the start of the season.

Again this was not the topic. All I said is scouts have him as a first rounder. Whether he should be or not is of no concern to me. He is likely going to be drafted in the first. It is what it is.

You are moving goalposts. You questioned if scouts really have him as a first rounder and I gave you the evidence. Now you are changing the argument to well those scouts shouldn't be scouts if they believe that which is irrelevant. I have no interest in McCarthy. This isn't even remotely true. Nix, Daniels and McCarthy lead FBS with ratings of 132, 123 and 112 when pressured. Penix as a rating of 68.
