So right now Seattle is listening to offers but has not yet confirmed they are willing to reciprocate.

This was kinda obvious all along. The Bears can want Russell Wilson all they want, but the Seahawks weren't going to deal him. Houston is going to take the Watson situation the eleventh hour.
