90% of my credits would come from Illinois State, I imagine U of I would honor those.

A majority I'm sure. There are always some undergrad GE's that may or may not. Like my son for example right now. The first two Math classes they offer are not transferable, BUT you can take a placement Math test to skip those to the one that is transferable.

I did most of my GE's at Logan, which was designed for those going to SIU (similar to Parkland and U of I) . I went to SIU at the same time. Everything went over.

Nearly all IL schools have a 1 for 1 hassle free transfer policy. Unless you had a 15 year old and very different entry level English or math credit.

Tim, you finished ISU after 2000, right? I think you'll be okay transfer wise.

For an MBA though, if you have almost zero business courses it will most certainly take you longer because of prerequisites.

It's unfortunate the main campus resides in Champagne. LOL! Had I continued on to Law School at Northwestern I may have ended up shooting myself.

I saw Paul finished grad school on Facebook, so I thought I would extend my congratulations in this thread. I also saw that Pete graduated as well (I think) so congratulations to Pete.

Also, I just started attending Oakton, it's my first semester in college, which is most of the reason why I have been MIA around here. So for that, I apologize, but I have to say I am extremely excited and I'm really enjoying it so far! Although I'm just starting, it is encouraging to know that many others on here are going back to school/graduated later on in life.
