I thought it was the greatest thing in the world 7 galacticas in.

I think it had more to do with the other beers It was the second beer I had and it just ruined everything else for the evening, seriously just wiped my taste out.

I normally love those boozy IPAs especially the ones over 8% ABV. There's just something about the gasoline taste that makes me really happy.

The beer I had right before it was Avery's Maharaja, an imperial IPA that comes in at 10.2% Really great beer.

Bells and founders ftw

Yesterday it was beautiful, about 80 degrees and sunny. I decided to not be tortured by the Bears ineptitude for yet another Sunday...so I headed beachside. Went to this new place by the marina I've been meaning to check out to have a few drinks / appetizers. When I realized they had Bell's Two Hearted on tap, that pretty much made my day. An amazing crab cake and 4 beers later I had no regrets about skipping the Bears game.

I haven't had a Two Hearted in a bit, maybe about a year, but has anyone felt that there's been a fairly noticeable difference in the beer from years past?

As someone who's never been to Fla I think any beer would taste good at a place as beautiful as the above pic.

I drink a fair amount of Two Hearted when there are no whales available, plus I like it in the cans. It is a go to for me, I also go to Lagunitas Sucks in the bombers. Two Hearted tastes about the same to me as always, I've been drinking it off and on now for about 4 years.

IPAs are my favorite style I love me some Pipeworks, Revolution, Three Floyds, Founders to name a few.

Hmmm, I've been drinking it for about six or seven years. I don't recall what it was that was different about it the last couple times I had it. I suppose it could have just been an old six pack that sat on the shelf or maybe my taste has changed a bit. Plus I haven't drank it as much as I used to, it was a go to for me as well. I did almost pick up a six pack of it a couple weeks ago, but I chose to try the Wobble IPA instead.

Toured Spoetzl Brewery (Shiner Bock) in Shiner, Texas over the Holidays. Really liked the Birthday/Holiday Beer and the Black lager. The tour was a disappointment though, didn't get to see much.

Got a 6 pack yesterday and almost puked. Took it back to the liquor store and said give me my money back.

Anyone else had this issue with any craft beer?

I've seen it a few times with various breweries. Three Floyds has a special release out right now (can't think of name) they are having issues with it being sour. To me it is a little unusual to see it with GBhead.

I have several times, which is why I stopped drinking gumball head.

My preferred beer of choice these days is scotch whiskey and soda water.

Occasionally I will change things up with Vodka and cranberry with some lime juice.....

As far as those bubbly beers people drink that take like 8 to get me buzzed and taste like total ass, I am not sure why those are popular.
