I asked my buddy how much he pays for it out in Colorado and he says he can get an Old Chub Nitro on tap for 5, sometimes 4.50. Same with Lagunitas. I searched beer menus (Old Chub Nitro) and your prices are comparable to the most expensive in New York, higher than most. Well if you can sell it that high and move it more power to you I guess.

All depends on your margins, the size of your pours, the length of the CO2 lines (waste) and how much you want to make I suppose. How much is he paying for a keg of old Chub Nitro? Or is he just ordering a drink as a customer? Some bars and restaurants don't pay attention to stuff like cost. We've been around for 19 years and plan on doing another 20 more.

Not a real exciting list for hoppy IPA lovers.

Can't make everyone happy!

Going here: http://www.badapplebar.com/beer/ tonight for my birthday.

First beer I'm going to have is the Gouden Carolis Van de Keizer. Then I'm going to move on to a Rochefort 8. After that, well I don't know. Any recommendations?

Maybe a Petrus aged Pale. All depends on how sour it is, need to ask my buddy.

I would maybe stick with two maybe three of the Rocheforts and then a good single malt Scotch. Because its your Bday a really good one.
