I actually missed that ad live, but my beer snob friends (And just so you know, I love craft beer, never drink shit like Budweiser unless I'm offered it for free, but they go over the top with it sometimes) posted it rather quickly online to mock it for the next 48 hours. I can't say I disagree with their mocking.
Just mainly shows that Budweiser doesn't give a shit about craft beers. Their parent company might in InBev, but Bud doesn't. I have this feeling that if InBev wasn't the parent company that Budweiser would have started purchasing craft breweries with the simple intent of dismantling them.

Great beer, but way overhyped. Haven't had this years, actually haven't had it in 3 or 4 years. Too many other beers to try.

I feel like each years hopslam gets progressively less hoppy and more mellow since the first year I tried it which was 2011. Still exceptionally good as always, just doesn't seem like a yearly release anymore.
I'm also getting tired of liquor stores selling them by the bottle because they feel like most people won't spend $18 for a 6 pack.
