Both Ramirez and Colvin hit baseballs about as hard as you can. When they're caught on a line like that it's simply bad luck. Do you honestly expect them to hit the balls so hard that it puts a hole in the fielder's glove?

I'd take DeWitt over Colvin, and seeing as there are guys that put up DeWitt's #s for the same price thru FA, I won't be upset if this is Colvin's last year in Chicago.

Who would have thought that a battle between Wells and Lincecum finishing with one pitcher throwing a 2-hit shutout, and the other going 6 IP 6 Hits, 4 Runs.... that it would be Wells doing the out-dueling?

Great game by Wells. I know SFG lineup is bad but hopefully this gives him confidence. He has pitched well last 5 outings. Maybe he can be legit 4th SP

What an amazing pick up for the first round of the playoffs this week.

Him and Wandy (both pick ups) were worth a combined 60 points.

This definitely isn't a typical start. I mean he's facing a AA team.

He's still good enough to be a very good back of the rotation guy. Especially at the price.

Plus for fantasy him vs SFG an PIT in one week is sexy. As is Wandy vs PIT.

Wells will be dropped (if I win) at weeks end.

My team got ravaged by injury. Rollins Ludwick Josh Tomlin, and Quentin all went down

Yeah I know how that is. Losing beltre and weeks has hurt but if I can make it another week I might be in good shape.

Picking up Uggla at the beginning of thy run of his was amazing can't believe he was available.
