I think they should've put Byrd in RF and Campana in CF. Campana has no arm.

Quade looking pretty smart right now with Byrd in center given the two throws that Byrd has had to make.
Shut me right up.
Yes Campana scored the run practically single handedly, but as we just saw driving the ball into the ground can only get you so far. Still like the idea of Campana batting 9th.
if in AL hell ya. Im still not fan of pitcher batting 8th. To me takes bat out of hand of 7 hole hitter
That is why both I, Rice Cube, and most everyone else was surprised that given the 3 starting OF that Byrd was in center with Campana in right. I was merely pointing out so far the CF has been the one that has had to make the big throws, and so it has to be said that so far Quade looks smart for going against the grain. Again probably a case of being right in spite of himself, but still had to be said.I think i would have also put Campana in CF and Byrd in RF. CF usually dont throw guys out at home anyways cause of long throw while RF have a chance. So to me having a weak arm CF dont hurt. On long throws just make it a double cut
Second leadoff hitter though where the fact that he can't get on base wouldn't hurt nearly as bad? Just moves the guy batting in front of the pitcher up a spot.
Still takes the bat out of the 7 hole. Soriano usually batting in 7 hole. Could u imagine if pitcher behind him. Teams would never throw him a strike and we all know he would chase everything. Only batter i would stick in 7 hole in front of pitcher would be Soto cause he seemed to do really well in 8 hole.
