Motte had no business getting out of that jam, that was pretty cool. Turn that into a W!
Correction,, five.Four stolden bases in a game against us tonight?!?! Blah!
No, they care about him not landscaping the dirt around himCastro with two game winning hits and a game tying homerun in the last 4 days. Maybe we should take notice that no analyst talks about that.
Good win tonight. Of course, when isn't a win good?
Got my wish for Lester to go seven. Unfortunately, the bullpen gets taxed in extras.
Oh well. Tomorrow is a new day, and we won a game tonight that we shouldn't have.
It is impossible for analysts and scouts to watch every game of every team/player. Most are honest and yet uninformed. The comment about the dirt was dumb as crap. Eric is better than that.Karros may have been wrong. But the fact that some fans here say "the castro bashing party....everyone is doing it" is really, really sad. Analysts are paid to give their honest opinions. Why on earth would they decide to just bash a guy for no reason?
When everyone reaches the same conclusion, maybe the fans should take a listen. Maybe the fans need to realize they are not at all objective when evaluating the guy on the team they root for.
If you truly watch Starlin Castro play SS and don't see problems, you are not looking at it objectively. With the possible exception of Washington, no team has a SS who saves fewer runs defensively.
It's not a "bashing party". It is reality.
