No, he pulled "a Puig". He very clearly did NOT want to go to the mound, but tried to act as though he did. He moved slowly enough to make sure he was held away, but kept yapping for ten minutes. Thom Brennaman kept repeating that he could have gone to the mound easily if he really wanted to.

Can’t stand TB as an announcer. Him and Chip former cubs announcers of all people are the worst to listen to. Hawk was terrible too. There was a cubs reds game a few years ago in cincy where the cubs were up 7-1 in the 9th and cubs fans were chanting let’s go cubs and he got all
Upset about it and then Bryant hit a double to score another run and he shouted out “enough already” what are they suppose to do just go up there and take 3 strikes?
