From what I've gathered, Rush and Zack pretty much allow the mods to run this place as they see fit, while they sit on their fat asses and collect ad revenue.
Clearly, Scoot is the smartest of the group, so all things pretty much run through him.

But usually when we want to add a mod, its a group staff discussion and if anyone disagrees to that person being a mod, its axed.
