Couple too many at the bar, a common pistol in the glovebox, swerving on the road to draw a cop and then refusing a breathalyzer. Sound about right for your area?

I only read about the charges! Yeah - glad nobody was seriously hurt and he made a horrible choice that could have gone worse. There's clearly a difference between a couple beers watching a football game and driving home, and it being enough that you rear end another person.

If he had 2k to offer the person he hit, he had enough to call a cab.
