If I was a Pacers fan why would I give a **** about the Bulls?

Because the won the division last year and knocked them out of the playoffs..

(dont quote people I have on ignore)!!!:shifty:

I follow just about every NBA beat writer Im trying to get a job in the FO of any team so I try to keep up with all the players and what kind of combos work and what combos dont.. Yes being in the division I follow the Bulls even more than some but I watch just about every team in the NBA on lg pass and watch even more games of division rivals.

I am a basketball junkie.

I think Rip is a really good compliment to Rose now that Kuester wont be on his ass 24/7 like in DET. Rip can still play when he wants to last year he clearly didn't want too.

Thats awesome man! Hopefully you do get a job somewhere that would be awesome! How exactly would you do that though ? Seems like its always ex players or kids of the owners..

exactly it is really hard right now I am in college just taking BS classes will get a degree in something. But in all actuality you dont need shit all you need is to have contacts with the right people. So basically I will apply for internships with all 30 teams and hopefully I get a shot with 1 and if the internship goes well you could get a job. Basically you just have to get a break a few guys have got that break like a David Morway and better known Masai Ujiri just to name a few or in Baseball a Theo Epstien. It isnt likely I will ever be a GM but I am pretty confident I will be able to be a scout or another type of basketball executive.

Right now I am doing some ABA work to put on my resume.

It just sucks but normally they hire guys like Isiah Thomas based on name instead of how good he is at evaluating talent.

KC Johnson tweeted that Rip's deal is guaranteed 2 years/$10 million. Third year is team option with partial guarantees on $5,150,00 I think this was a really good signing for the Bulls I wonder if Keith Bogans will be back.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  2. Oakland Raiders
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
If rip gives us the rip of 2 years ago, the Bulls should be able to get back to ECF if they stay healthy.

but we still need more if we want to beat the heat

I hear this echoed over & over & over again on here, & I just keep asking myself, why? Why does nearly every Bulls fan think this? 3 games away from the Finals last year. We held the Heat to 90ppg. The margin between us & the Heat is not Grand Canyon-sized, it's pot-hole sized. Rami made this thread last week:
http://www.chicitysports.com/forum/chicago-bulls-forum/18697-31-3-a.html

31-3 when Bogans scored more than 6pts. That's it. Not scoring a mere 6pts from the 2-guard position was a factor in 17 of our 20 losses. Does that scream to anyone that this team needs to be blown up for a chance to convince Howard to stay here? Or does it seem more like this team needs a few tweaks to get us to the promised land?

Boozer is slimmer & healthier (with a new Black Ice look) & has impressed everyone in camp with his energy & play. Rose has been working all summer on his game, which includes post-moves now. Asik & Noah are fully healthy, & we've added a hungry vet with a championship pedigree who will surely give us more than 6pts at the 2-guard position. Listen to the coach, listen to the MVP. We have the tools to win it all, and in this mad-rush shortened season, we stand a very good chance of coming out on top.

Guess I'll just have to give him a chance. I just hope he's not the trash he was the last couple of years. Atleast its not the $60 million we signed Wallace for.
