My favorite teams
The Bears can’t afford Watson because of the Foles contract.
Foles only costs 6.5 million next season. What are you talking about?

i dont find him making noise in the media will be significant, when I say significant I'm talking about antonio brown levels of noise in the media. My memory could be off but I remember Mcdaniels not deeming cutler a fit and tried to trade him without even talking to him and letting him find out via social media, after that he was undermining the team. The other difference here is that while mcdaniels had crazy level of power with Denver, with the texans I dont see NC being given the kind of power to just trade their franchise star without Mcnair's blessing.

I'll entertain the Watson talk, but if Watson has any say in a trade destination, I'm sure Chicago is near the bottom.
The reason he is largely frustrated with Houston is because of the disrespect he feels from management. So if that's the case why would he want to come here?.He has openly stated in the past that he felt it was disrespectful the Bears never even met with him or showed any sort of interest in the pred draft process. Even going as far as to insinuate our management may be racist.
But in the end, he probably has none to little say. But we would have to bend over backwards to amend the wrongs of the past.
You sold me a bit. He definitely would astronomically make the Bears better. I might not be as high on the defense without Pagano as you, but atleast we have a legit chance with Watson.
Did you hear the Texans press conference when they brought in the new GM? It was a shit show. McNair was comparing Caserio to building a wall LMAO. Both of them refused to say they would not trade Watson when asked multiple times. Just said the run of the mill crap you would probably hear a new GM say about Trubisky.
- Trade for Watson and resign ARob, O is good to go with Watson/Monty/ARob/Mooney/Kmet.Eh, the reality is Watson is largely already a finished product and excelled under a worse coach in BOB. So I give zero fucks about Nagy in this scenario. If he is available, you absolutely have to fucking do this. Bears are a Super Bowl contender with Watson IMO as he not only helps the O but he would completely re-energize the D IMO especially if we keep Fuller and Hicks.
REMBER HE HAS A NO TRADE CLAUSE......
DeShaun Watson wants no part of coming to Chicago.....none.
2 days ago. His girlfriend is my aunts husbands cousin.....When did you speak to DeShaun?
Why do you say that?REMBER HE HAS A NO TRADE CLAUSE......

Just my opinion sort of.Why do you say that?
Because as everyone knows, Ryan Pace is racistWhy do you say that?
Just my opinion sort of.
With all things being equal why would you make a lateral move just to move?
The income taxes are higher in Illinois
He is settled in Texas...I assume
He is from the south.
change my mind
Of course he can.He can still live in Texas in the offseason if he wants as it is less than a 2 hour flight from Chicago.
All things arent equal though. It comes down to who offers more and how bad he wants out.
So that won’t de a deciding factor except Illinois would be the the highest one I imagine. He has to pay taxes in all states he plays games.
Is that really you best offer? NO way is what I think Texans would say to that.Ok all in on Watson please. I would rather spend 3 firsts on Watson than 2 firsts trading up for an unknown QB prospect not named Lawrence or Fields.

Well it was a playoff team without him.Its not a lateral move....alot of people on here said this will be a playoff team if Watson was on it, so itll be an upgrade for him
