This is the 4th time I've been pulled over in my last 8 days of work. The speeding warning, one because my headlight was out and they were looking for impaired drivers (warning), a speeding ticket 3 days ago in a speed trap between i-55 and i-294, and tonight. That other speeding ticket pissed me off because it drops from 55 to 45 and I was doing 60 because I'm thinking it's 55. I looked today for speed limit signs and they're hidden behind shrubbery and shit. Not to mention I wasn't going any faster than anyone else. I'm pretty sure the Indiana plates and bright white car with black tints and LEDs don't help.

That's gonna be hell on your insurance. I'd say get a radar detector and watch the lead foot.

Thing is, I'm not going faster than anyone else, I'm going with the flow of traffic, passing people on the left. Hell, even my speeding warning I was doing like 8 over the limit, on the expressway.

I've contemplated getting a tugboat horn installed in my honda to deal with those guys, as well as the fucktards who hog the passing lane with the "I'm going the speed limit, why should anybody else be passing me" mentality.

That’s why Illinois passed the law that makes it illegal to drive in the left lane unless you are passing someone. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of it being enforced though.

fucking semis need to just go the same fucking speed on the highway. They should be banned from passing on the left on a 2 lane road.

The semis are allowed to go the same speed as everyone else now.

Try driving in the 60 mile construction zone on I90 between Rockford and Chicago everyday. They have signs that say “trucks use left lane” then you have all the “slow” traffic in the right lane and nobody gets anywhere. There literally is no passing lane.
