Does Ryan Poles suck

He’s won 15 games in 3 years.

That happens when you come in and tear it down to the studs, try to fix the cap, and rebuild the team. Most fans understand the plan to start but then get antsy when the pain kicks in.

My evaluation starts now. He fired the coach that would have to absorb the losing and was quite frankly awful.

Now he has his coach.

His coach put together arguably one of the best staffs ever assembled here and I’m counting 1985.

He’s had three drafts with number one picks.

He’s had money to spend in free agency.

He has his QB. A QB I never thought would be a Bear when I started watching him in college his freshman year at Oklahoma.

Also, he engineered one of the best trades in league history to help him get to this point.

Now it’s time to win.

The Bears would be playing in 8 straight Super Bowls if only Ryan Poles would read my mock drafts on this website.

I can't believe he didn't pick that player that I've only seen play 1 time at a position of need.

In 2024, Ryan Poles drafts Kiran Amegadjie in the 3rd round and Austin Booker in the 5th round.

In 2025, fans complain that Ryan Poles didn't get suitable replacements for Kiran Amegadjie and Austin Booker in the 4th-7th rounds.

kind of proving the point. Poles flat sucks at drafting . He needs to replace his own shitty draft picks after 1 yr because he cant identify talent.
