yeah i disagree. she is talented but I've seen her three times and she can be pitchy af live, and wildly inconsistent. Snoop? he has so many various talents and is much more diverse. I've been to a couple handfuls of his shows and he always puts on a fantastic performance.
How long ago?

She is 50.

to add to that, Kendrick Lamar possesses ALL of the flows and can freestyle about anything. best rapper in that lineup

Dr. Dre would be cool. But hip-hop is a bit oversaturated right now....I kinda miss R&B.

Even though country music is the most popular music in the US, we will probably never have a major country artist on stage at the SB. And I think we all know why.

Definitely not unless it's a hip hop version of a country song.

But the NFL does have Carrie Underwood doing the theme song for Sunday Night Football. There ya go, they threw you a bone

Oh I can't stand country. But they would never do it for political reasons.

I like hard rock and metal. And with the exception of maybe Metallica and AC/DC, no one is popular enough to be considered. So I never get my hopes up.

Yeah sorry but Shania Twain has performed a halftime show already. And there was a country dominant one with
Clint Black, Tanya Tucker, Travis Tritt and the Judds. No hiphop mixed in.

I don't like country either. I do miss 70's and 80s rock, though.

Um excuse me but you literally don't need a time traveling machine to access this types of music now in 2021 because there's literally pandora spotify youtube music Apple music and they literally have all of that music and you can also find old records at the antique malls and thrift stores as well as actural record stores where they sell recordings from old artists for you to purchase.

Country is using a lot of hip-hop beats now because teenage girls can dance to it on tik-tok.

A crossover artist like Taylor Swift could do a halftime show. Brooks & Dunn? Probably not.

As someone who lived in PHX for 20 years, you'd be surprised how many Latinos listen to country music.

Shania Twain is really a crossover pop artist. Let's be honest. The other one I had to look up and it was from 1994. Yeah, that's not happening today.
