I don't think anyone expected the Bears to have only 3 wins and have a 5 game losing streak this point in the season, but I definitely wasn't expecting to hear reports that Flus is losing more than just games (lockerroom) and having the league's worst defense has brought about questions of the first year HC's mental competency.

This HITS stuff only went so far with ownership and Poles might be under pressure to get this thing corrected.

I hope they can keep Gesty, but will the next HC want to keep him around or be able to choose "his guys?"

I don't think the bears win anymore this season. Flus doesn't want to play Fields, he's losing the engagement of the defense, the whole team is fed up with being called loafers. It's a disaster.

I think it's too early to give up on him yet. His GM has traded away or released several key contributors on defense; it should be no surprise that the defense sucks right now. Let's see how they do after the cupboard isn't so bare.

We had a Walterfootball 1-16 projection thread at the start of the season.

Think a lot of people predicted a disaster of a season.

It's just hard to actually go through it.

I'm with you now. He honeydicked us with the prospect of starting the PETER MAN only to revert to SEMEN at the last second. That was the final straw for me.
