Eberflus Coaching in 2024?

nothing "bogus" about Getsy not being an experienced OC or being a play caller nor a Qb developer
there's no proof of Getsy ever developing a Qb. JF is his 1st experiment. Truth
" zero Qb development background"

  • West Virginia Wesleyan (2009)
    Offensive coordinator & quarterbacks coach
  • Indiana (PA) (2011–2012)
    Offensive coordinator & quarterbacks coach
  • Mississippi State (2018)
Offensive coordinator & wide receivers coach
  • Green Bay Packers (2019)
    Quarterbacks coach
  • Green Bay Packers (20202021)
Quarterbacks coach & passing game coordinator

Former Player Reveals Interesting Details About Luke Getsy situation.

" It turns out Getsy never called plays at all, not even during his brief stint as an offensive coordinator at Mississippi State."

Don't you think I know about his useless college non NFL Qb development background. He never developed a Qb or you'd be able to list them. You can't and already know that. And I already noted where he had no affect on veteran Aaron Rodgers.
And did you read in the article where Mississippi State (2018) Head coach. Joe Moorhead called plays and ran the
offense?? Why aren't you discussing the above article??

They always tell the players including NFL Qb's.....college is different than the NFL. The same applies to coaches.

There's nothing in Getsy's background that screams experienced OC or being a play caller nor a Qb developer.
There's nothing in Getsy's background that screams hire this guy to develop JF as a young NFL QB.

Here's where the name calling and the Wah? Wah? memes start.

Nope. Your lack of grasp is self explanatory. Why don't you claim victory and prove the point.

I have no interest in discussing Getsy with you at this point because I haven't seen enough of what he can do with a different field general to know how much is on him, his QB or simply if there's a mismatch between the 2. I've stated as much elsewhere. Just pointed out a bias driven error in your post that you constantly change the subject about and never cop to, as usual

Why would anyone want to seriously engage you on this when you won't even admit to an emphatically bolded error to try and make an obviously false point.

Enjoy the game.

Probably not. But I had hopes after that bagent scoring drive that the defense would start playing right. After all I was told last week bagent play is the reason why the defense improved. I just want to be consistent here with the tard fan base

Great idea by flus. Let’s put a 6ft corner on a 6’8 TE.

I can’t be the only one getting the feeling that Eberflus will probably stick around next year. It just seems like a McCaskey move. Improving from 3 wins to 5 wins will make those morons think the team is headed in the right direction. Winning is good and all but if you look at the big picture, it might lead us to another wasted year with a lame duck HC in 2024.
Hmm I actually have the opposite intuition.

  • He runs his players into the ground in pre-season and yet somehow they still seem unprepared to play for like the first month
  • Is a defensive coach that coaches a team that consistently doesn't get the most out of his talent
  • Comes up with stupid college-like sayings that I'm not sure the players buy into and proceeds to lose a shitload of games. C'mon man, the HITS principle? I got one for you, how about the SHITS principal, and this one is for the front office: Start Having Inclination Towards Succession
  • Seems fanboy focused on a defensive scheme that every team in the league knows how to beat

Bears aren't firing Flus after 2 seasons. They arent firing Poles after 2 seasons. They arent giving up on Fields after 3 insanely inconsistent seasons either.

This is the Chicago Bears we are talking about here. Flus will be back and Fields will be given one more season to ditch his inconsistency while the organization compiles a 3rd losing season in a row under Flus/Poles.

My guess is that Getsy gets scapegoated and either Tyke Tolbert or Andrew Janocko end up getting the OC promotion.

You're probably right. And at times in the last couple of years the scapegoat might be the one I might keep out of that group.

Flus looked like he might have turned a coaching corner but no, out schemed in all 3 phases but even if they're even, they're losing. Bears need to out coach and outplay decent teams to have a shot.
