Bri wanted me to post this for her.
Was going to post this before I went to work, but got caught up with my grandma and scheduling times for her cancer treatments, so I asked sth if he would be kind enough to post this for me. I know many people on here like to think the worst, so I want to clarify for anyone that cares that the Birthday Troll is not meant to be insulting or hurtful to anyone or to get back at them. Anyone that has truly observed me over the years knows that's not what I'm about. I am not vengeful. I have a sense of humor and I find that I've really been able to embrace her character and the creative avenues she provides. She gives me the opportunity to be someone different and for a few minutes out of that day I can be anyone but myself. I hope you will look at her with an open mind. The wheels are turning and she has some fun ideas. And I hope everyone on this board will stay positive and try to make it a place people want to be. Be a little kinder to each other and think a little more before you say things cause you have no idea what that other person might me going through or feeling. I mentioned this to someone else, but think it is worth saying again. When someone is having a horrible day, a simple kind word from a stranger can brighten their day and turn it completely around, just as an unkind word or remark can send someone on a nose dive into depression. Look at the big picture. The signs will be there.

And that is the thing, one can still disagree with someone and not be a dick about it. Nothing wrong with disagreeing with someone and still respecting their opinion. Might actually get to understand the other side or why one has their opinion, rather than just shutting them down and pigeon holing their entire existence. But this being the inter webs and all it is far easier to be an interweb tough guy for some....sadly.
