El Yucateco habanero sauce
Tapatio
Valentina extra hot
Guacamaya hot sauce (this is a newer one that's sitting next to tapatio at a lot of Mexican joints these days. Less than a buck for a good sized bottle at the Mexican grocer)

Our just grow some peppers and make your own...
So, instead of spending $ 4 for a bottle that last a while, I can make a separate trip to a Mexican grocery ?
:)

I just discovered Salsa Huichol. Great flavor, but not a ton of heat. Definitely a new one in my rotation. It looks like they have some other options outside the standard version, which I'll have to try. E.g. habanero, lime, etc.

Also @Burque I'm gonna have to take your advice and pick up a bottle of Valentina extra hot. I really like the flavor of their regular. Extra hot is likely very, very good.

Do you have a world market there by chance?

Just found that they have a decent selection of hot sauces and they are mostly reasonable priced. Good sauces though, not the chit stuff.

Angry goat pepper company has good stuff lately.

Just got some hippy dippy green sauce from them that's not too hot but very tasty.

I recently purchased the Yellowbird 5 pack. Each flavor is great in its own way. They might be a little sweet for many but I like that.

Purchased this online, which is pretty tasty but I haven’t really found anything that pairs great with it yet. I feel like something smoked would be good. Kentucky Rebel Scum Original

Oh and Valentina extra hot is my favorite. Perfect blend of spice and flavor. Great texture and color. @Burque has more class than the rest of you.

If you haven't moved on to the Golden Dragon Sriracha you are entirely mostly brane dead.

Also, literally for the FTR it is so much easier to let the rain water your own plants so you can make your own completely real red hot sauce directly from your own garden. I am JS saying you know ifykyk. Amirite?!

P.S.
10 Habaneros (topped)
10 Red Jalapenos (topped)
3 Blanched and peeled medium to large red heirloom tomatoes
1 Blanched and peeled yellow heirloom tomato
10 Cloves peeled garlic boiled for 5 minutes in the tomato water
.25 Raw yellow onion
1 Tbsp smoked sea salt
3 good cranks of coarse ground pepper
2 shakes of decent smoked paprika (not necessary unless you do not have access to smoked sea salt)
Edited: To add a squeeze of lime. Dont forget to add a squeeze of lime like I did to my original post. A hit of acid really finishes it off....

Hit it hard AF in the Cuisinart (fancy blender) for a couple of minutes while adding a couple teaspoons of avocado oil.....

@DC

@everyone
Thank me later.
Enjoy the burn.

Just finished a bottle of classic Texas Pete. But the vinegar taste was too much. And it isn't made in Texas by a guy named Pete. It is made in North Carolina by a guy named Gary.

My heat cravings come and go pretty drastically nowadays so I don’t ever have jugs of several sauces in the house. But, I do still need some spice sometimes.

My current go-to is this delicious little gem. I’ve tried a few of their bbq sauces as well and everything that I’ve tried has been great

And if I need a little sprinkle of heat on something I’ve got some of these sample packs in the kitchen

And it’s not really spicy but this is a great way to add some of the most nutritious food imaginable to any meal
