Great news about Hossa getting back in. We miss him on the PK but wondering how many minutes he will get there right now? Probably not a whole lot.

Good to get back to some Hawks hockey. Felt like a long lay off for some reason.

Yep, this is where our depth at goalie really shows.

Toivonen has appeared in 16 games with Rockford in 2010-11 and has a record of 5-5-3 with one shutout. The Hattula, Finland native also carries a .890 save percentage and a 3.12 goals against average.

Not sure when it happened but I'm pretty sure it was a concussion.

I googled Stalberg and concussion. On 12/15/10 the Av's Ryan O'Byrne drove his head into the glass. Only got two minutes for it. Surprised it wasn't a major.

HAHAHAHA John Scott for the closing faceoff... he looked so mad at himself when he lost it!

That was great, wasn't it? I was all like "wtf?" when I saw that.

Fun game, nevertheless. 4-1....ok I was close.

Too bad about not getting the SO for Turco, who had a good game. Was slightly frustrating until the third when they managed to pot a few. Hoss was on a mission and played very well. When he's on he is a force. Keep on truckin' and build on the streak.

PK is ready as well. I think they have some cap decisions to be made before St. Louis.

Seabrook had a great defensive stop - that 2-on-1 Columbus breakaway he single-handidly broke up himself. I thought that was the best defensive play of the game. Nice to see him showing his form from last year again.

So wait they've already scrapped the Columbus 3rd jersey?

That was a very good game by the Hawks. They play like that it won't matter who is in net.

Hossa was a force in his first game back, great to see.

Hope Corey is feeling well.

MAN they did scrap their 3rds. They were the only decent ones of the bunch this year. The rest are boring as sin.
