I think the position has been kind of been pushed down so low in value that it's gone beyond what's realistic. RBs touch the ball a lot and do have good value. I think this market is just reflecting that teams do value RBs a bit more than perceived, in general.

I think the real issue is that the market for Fields was impacted as much by the league believing that CHI wasn't trading #1OA (and thus why offer a lot for a QB that will be dumped anyway) as it was by Fields inadequacies.
