Poles should wait for teams to get desperate either during the draft when they can't move up or closer to tge start of the season. Feel bad for fields if its the latter. He's a better player than many of these guys being signed right now imho.

Nah. I'd guess that the Bears are overvaluing what the trade compensation for Fields would be and teams are saying no thanks.
