They really like Leno, he played well last season.

My guess is we will sign/draft someone to compete with him, unless Stanley falls and we replace him outright.

He sure didn't play "well" last year at the 2nd most important position on the offense. We are apparently going to lose Bennett who spent a lot of time helping Leno at left tackle in order to protect Cutler from getting his ass kicked. And we lost Forte who I think is an above average blocker for a running back.

He's not a book end/all-pro LT, but he's solid and he's cheap. If we can find an upgrade in the draft, awesome, if not I'm perfectly fine with him as the starter in Week 1.

But I doubt they are going to actively try and replace him.

No doubt, but he's definitely not a liability and he's serviceable for another year if need be.
