I see this a lot, but feel that would be so bad for them. Geno is not as good as they seem to believe and they need another WR... and Chip Kelly has two of his backs in the draft from OSU. Just feels odd.

RBs sell jerseys, and excite the fans. I think he will be more popular for them business wise than this weak WR class and help take the pressure off Geno.

Of the 5 additions 2 were trades and 1 was a release so they don't count.

The center and edge signed today do count.

Bears could lose: Teven, Kennan and Shelton. Those look to be the most likely losses that affect the comp formula.

I would say cap but every year I understand it less and less with how teams like the Chiefs operate.

With the signings they made, Jaylen Moore costs about the same... then factor Hollywood and Mitchell. By next year, then can dump Taylor and Kelce is off the books and they have breathing room as the cap pops another ~10%
