Well... he got $4M last year and you suggested $6M this year and I said no way he'd only get a $2M raise after so many tackles... blah blah blah..

Neither of us were right.
I said $6-$7 and you said no damn way and that he would get a bigger contract then Kyler Gordon and never said anything about $10 mil that you conveniently tried sliding in there. :smug2::smug2:

Love it when people can't take the L.

Look at his history though. It’s been a constant problem, not a one time thing

Also I noticed you strategically ONLY went back 2 years… so I assume you knew that.

I am aware he’s missed time. But so has Dalman is all I am saying. And I am not picking one player over the other or saying one deal is better. Just pointing out facts. I’ve done enough offseasons to know we won’t know anything really until the fall

He’s missed quite a bit of time, not just some, and he’s an aged veteran so he’s played many seasons.

Dalman has missed time but he’s played 4 seasons.

So yeah, that’s why I said he was cheaper.

Poles came through with big moves today and improved the team. Dayo and Jarett shore up the run defense which is the #1 problem of the defense.

He added the best option available at the Center position to make sure his short in stature, franchise QB can have a pocket to step up into, instead of the bowling pins that were in front of him last season.

He did all this without mortgaging the future cap with long deals at above market values. He came as close to fixing everything in one year as possible.

Round of applause for him and the staff for bringing home another offseason championship.

I know I may just be Cu-Koo for cocoa puffs but I swear I have a feeling.... this time it's different.

Honestly probably would have preferred kelly over dalman due to price/guarantees, but if dalman hits you have your center with caleb for the next 8 years.

Yea, he did a great job today. A- rating from me.

Look at what the fudge packers did, they signed a guy the 9ers thought was bad(aaron banks) for like 80m

I was leaning Kelly because I wanted to draft a center to learn from an old vet. I don’t think we’re getting that with Dalman. But it what it is. I hope he plays lights out.

Ok. You win by proximity. I didn't remember if I actually gave a number or not. I can only remember so much of what I ramble about.

I dont understand what the texans are doing. I watched plenty of their games and Stroud was running for his life a lot...so they got rid of their best Olineman?
Yea, insane to me cause he’s probably in everyone’s top 5 OTs, a premiere position (especially LT). I’m not understanding how you even consider moving him under any circumstance.

The pro is Dalman is young and can hopefully learn a lot being next to Thuney. But yea, I was leaning Kelly with a rookie. However, I do like allowing the draft to be pretty wide open.

Texan fans seem to be good with the trade....
Can you explain why? The Texans line play was a big reason for their regression last year. How does this help? This is one baffling trade that I'm struggling to understand.
