In a series this closely matched, a play like that is HUGE. Lose the puck off your stick in your own zone and pay for it.

best of 5 now. not good.

At least it isn't best four-to-two out of five against us, could be worse if Shaw didn't deflect it in Game 1

Did you really think that the Hawks weren't going to HAVE to win at least one in Boston? Win game 3, get home ice back. Simple as that.

Oh, and where are all the people defending Q for playing Bollig now?

The only ice that Bollig should see is the ice in his cup while he is sitting in the press box.
Why the **** does the NHL even bother to have fucking cameras and replays for. **** the Ref blowin the whistle...if he fucked up and blew it
cause he couldn't see the fucking puck,,,isn't that WHY they have cameras and replays??? Boston got a lucky call from the refs, and Bolig sucks for blowin it too...I can't see Q taking another chance like that the rest of the series on him.
It was over after that call tho...They lost their tenacity after the 1st....

Stalberg needs to come back and the fucking PP needs to start doing something. It's pretty pathetic when you have better opportunities w/o the PP than with the PP

Complaining about officiating is a waste, by the way. Never seen officials decide a game in a team sport.

Rask knew it was in, thats why he layed there so long with his pad covering the puck. Ok, I'll buy it that the Ref couldnt see it and blew his whistle. But you got the video, why in the hell cant they override the refs call. They do in the NFL, MLB....oh, wait. Thats right. Those two leagues are real pro leagues.

Q said that Bollig has had "two good games". Really Q? Really? And people wondered why I was questioning if he should be let go after this season.

Except the NBA and the match fixing... or Italian soccer, but that was players too.

The only thing about Q thats starting to bother me is that he's getting very Lovie Smith like. We've seen the Hawks look good with an excellent gameplan, then the other team makes changes between periods and Q never seems to have an answer other than changing lines and Dman pairings.

LOL, there used to be 5 or 6 games a week in the NFL decided by offciating....hence, replay & challenges.

Maybe I had one too many Busch Lights, but I agree somewhat.

But, the Bruins proved they belong over these two games, I'm just hoping for a split in Boston.
