Yep and there will be a 13 second clip at the end of Sam and Gilly arriving at the gate to Castle Black with a cliffhanger where a White Walker comes out of the woods and offers Sam an ice sandwich and hes not sure what will happen if he refuses.

Not sure if this is really a spoiler question or not... but to you guys who have read the books, does the White Walker/North of the Wall storyline stuff start mixing with the remainder of Westeros at some point or does it stay pretty well isolated to the Wall or the North? If you feel its a spoiler throw it in tags for me.

I just finished the 3rd book last night. At the end of it there's lists of the houses and members, followed by another chapter.

Why would George hide a chapter like that? (it was pretty important and I almost missed it) He's a cheeky monkey.

he has done that for every book. there is a chapter from book 6 out there for you to read. actually, he released 2 for book 6, but he replaced the initial one with this new one:

probably not. they become regular chapters in the subsequent books
