been happily married for so long I cant remember even how to be single tbh. but I know this much if you let your woman take complete control and treat you like a pleb then she will and in turn will lose respect for you and it will get worse.

so many dudes ive seen in my life who complain and ***** about how their woman treats them the couch shit no getting laid being talked down too. a lot of that stems from a man not acting like a man and standing up to them. whether u believe it or not what I'm saying true. whether women are willing to admit it or not they prefer their man to stand up to them not act like a weak biatch. that doesn't mean club the ***** on the head and take some ass but if you don't assert yourself they lose respect for you and think your weak next thing you know they aren't as attracted to you ect ect ect its the way it is

Agree 100%, but it really applies in the other direction as well, who wants to spend their life with some mousy little dope with no opinions.

Those both sound horrible. how about something in the middle? My wife knows who the man is, but she also knows her man can be an idiot, so thankfully she knows when to speak up. I'm just barely smart enough to hear her out, and it has really paid off for us. No tyrants in my house.

I would never sleep on the couch in my own house unless she is sick. If she is angry and can't deal with me sleeping in the same bed that is her problem not yours. Try to talk to her and work things out like adults. If she refuses that's really her problem, sleep in your bed.
