I seriously doubt that anyone was happy to see BM go (well obviously a few peeps). I loved him and wish he were still here. The only fact though, about why he was traded lies behind Halas walls and we will most likely never know the truth. Everyone is entitled to think what they want about the situation. Maybe, just maybe it was for a good reason. I really doubt anyone in theyre right mind would trade him for a ham sandwich without a reasonable reason. He gone, lets hope White ends up half as good as BM.

I get it. I also get why he was traded. As you said, no one is a fool and you don't trade talent for a 5th damn round pick.

Fact is, Brandon played a show for you, me, all of us fans. Yes, a great show on the field. But their is a reason he never had been on a playoff team, he's a awful teammate. Played all of us like a fool.

And isn't it funny the one place he was traded to was the one city where he bitched about going to on his off day? In truth, **** Brandon Marshall. I mean, I loved the guy as a bear. But he played me and all us fans like he gave a shit about the product on the field.

In truth that ass hat tried fighting Chris Harris(assistant on team and former player), a lions fan, a sports radio host, hosted a press conference speaking bullshit AND decided to show up on packers week during a fucking Thursday, when the the team put him on the injury report. In truth, the **** was in New York going over his AWFUL television show he did on Tuesdays.

I loved B as a bear, but he let me down as a fan. I'm not sour the Bears let him go; I'm sour because he made many of us look like fools for supporting him and thinking he 'turned the page', when in truth he did the opposite.

But for all of you guys that are saying that this has been a great off season and expect this big turnaround, I say that you are dreaming. The defense will be slightly better becasue of the coaching and secondary improvement. But this is off-set by slippage in the offense. Special teams? Who knows what that brings. It couldn't get much worse than last year's.

I think we've had a great off season but I don't expect any significant turnaround this year. We just have too many holes. I think our ceiling is probably 8-8 and we could end up with a worse record than last year if things don't click and given our tough schedule. To me, the two (having a great off season and turning things around) don't go hand in hand. If we manage to get rid of Cutler in 2016, free up some cap space from others (Allen in particular), make a couple of good, young-ish (24-26) FA signings and have another solid draft, we could start to think about the playoffs. That's a lot of "ifs" but I think we've got the right people now to do it. Of course, then all we need to do is find a franchise QB
