Holy shit!

I got these tables and vises that are fucking badass.

The vises as in pic are set side by side in pairs to hold bigger part.

Instead of running one part really slow like my old machine, this is gonna run 3 really fucking fast.

While it runs, I will be unloading and loading a mirror image of fresh parts.

Program gets done, goes into subprogram that changes tables and flips the program 180º.

That is pretty kick ass, but here is where it really starts to get good.

All of those red circles in that pic are rubber plugs to keep chips and stuff out of any hole that is not being used, on the tables, on the vises, everything.

For smaller parts, the vises quickly convert into dual jaw setups where I can load 2 parts in each vise.

That gives me 12 to run while 12 go thru load/unload cycle.

All of those little red plugs cover holes for dowel pin stops, clamps for some jobs, or locating my vises to keep chips out to make next setup quicker.

Drop a vise or dowel pin into a spot and it is within .0001 inches over and over and over again.

Yeah, .0001", no shit, ran the indicator myself, over 7 feet those vises all lined up within .0001"

I don't have any dowel pins yet for stops, or the tool to run that job, and actually even waiting on a replacement for missing part for my last vise.

Regardless, big boss is making video of this program running, without actually accomplishing anything due to lack of tooling, tomorrow.

Just something to show our European Socialist Overlords on his trip to The Enslaved Socialist Republic of Europe next week.

Funny thing is, you can hardly see shit through the windows in the doors anyway, and I'm gonna run high pressure mega coolant blast the whole time, so it will look something like a carwash.

Anybody that knows me and knows what I do, knows I am a badass. That has been settled for years.

But NOW, oh shit, this is my time to fucking SHINE (on you crazy diamond)!
