Yup. I have a dead cap breakdown thread on the first page, but in it, you really can't get rid of Jackson until 2023 at the earliest.
It’s pretty crazy how high the figure could get with how bad our top paid players are playing

I think he might be in over his head, but we'll see how the rest of the year goes. Unfortunately, the Bears didn't have a lot of options for DC, because nobody who was worth anything would want to come into a situation with a coach with as little job security as Matt Nagy. They were almost forced to make a move internally.
I agree, but veterans were needed big time to step up. They blew several key plays. It's just sad to know we were in it until giving up those pivotal plays. Oh well, Rams look really good with Stafford. I'm happy for him he's such a good dude. Deserves to go out a winner on a world class team. I digging those Rams jerseys!
