I can only do that with eggs, over my sink...just in case.

It was a gamble lol.... I felt more comfortable with hashbrowns than something like eggs cause the hashbrowns had no chance of being stuck to the pan.

So now when I do my shredded hashbrowns I just season with salt/pepper and some onion powder.... I was told to try adding some chili powder as well.... good idea? bad idea? Anything else season hashbrowns well without being too much?

Garlic. Powder or fresh.

Im simple. Salt, pepper, and creole seasoning. I add onions and garlic to mine. Usually top with a nice cheese. Through some nice smokey cubed ham from time to time.
