pfft. BULLSHIT Tbird. you are just staging this to have a near death experience because you found out God had a jap car and you want to die for a few minutes to go to heaven and shit on it then come back.

and that was seriously just to lift spirits, in no way an attempt to belittle the situation.

Sorry to read that you're not doing so well right now Tbird. My sincerest wishes for a FULL recovery. I'm sending nothing but good thoughts and vibes to you and your family during this time. The Hawks are gonna need you to be good to go for Draft Day. . .then Free Agency. . .then the Prospects camp. . .then the Rookie tournament. . .then Training camp. . .then the Regular Season when they get back to taking the Cup back and bringing it back here where it belongs!

Wish the news was better but he has the spot on his liver, a tiny spot on his lung, and the spot that is blocking a bile duct. And these problematic spots did come from the original site of the pancreatic cancer. He is going to have a stent put in to help the bile duct and hopefully get his liver working properly again and later this month he will be starting chemo again.

Wow, so truly sorry to hear about these results Lauren. Your dad and entire family are in my thoughts. I hope between his doctors being good, his personal will, and his family's love and support that he is able to find a way to battle back and defy all odds.

So here's the deal. He was supposed to get a stent put in his liver but when he went to get that done his blood pressure spiked so the anesthesiologist pretty much said they couldnt do the procedure. So instead he got this drain tube put in him that drains out into this little bag.

Today he had a slight fever and his side where the tube is was killing him and he's having these very painful muscle spasm things. The doctor suggested we go to the ER so we did and they are concerned there may be an infection since he had a fever and such. He has to stay the night in the hospital and the doctor will be by in the morning and hopefully we will know more after that. We are pretty bummed that he will not be able to start his chemo treatment tomorrow as planned because of everything that happend today. We are eager to get the chemo started so it can hopfully kick this cancer's ass. And hopefully he will come home tomorrow and we will have a new gameplan. I will let everyone know

We love the T-birduolov.... all of us!!! This must be a terribly uneasy time for yourself and your family and close friends of the family Lauren. Just stay beside your family and everyone pull tight. Love and support is the best thing for your dad right now while he fights through this. It goes a long way. You are a great daughter and I know he has great support behind him.

My thoughts are def with the bird right now and your family. He will pull through this.
