Yeah he usually sleeps a lot but we all watched the game together and he stayed up the whole time and we very much enjoyed watching Vancouver lose

Lauren, thanks for the continued updates. Let Tbird know that everyone at IHN is pulling for him to defeat this shittiest of hands he keeps getting dealt. Glad to read he got to see Game 7 and see those busted vaginas from VAN get their deserved comeuppance! Gotta take good days that lift the spirits whenever you can get em. We just got up to the ICU. He is on antibiotics now because his white blood cell count indicated an infection somewhere, he is also getting lots of fluids because he is severely dehydrated. Thank you all for you continued love and support it is truly appreciated!

Sometimes life throws you bullshit and we have to make the best of the scenario.



It is those times that there is not much you can say or do to really help other then to let those affected that you care for them, are thinking of them and there if need be.



I am pretty certain that Tom and his family know that there are many here thinking of him. Whether we share it with a phone call, stopping by or put it on a message board it is the thought that others in life have been affected by Tom, care for him and wish him and his family the best possible in their tough circumstance.

I'm going to give a little update.



T-bird is still in the ICU. He has multiple things going on, but today is a better day.



The Cancer is farther than I think anyone thought. That said the goal is now to get T-bird home in the comfort of his whole family and let what will happen, happen.



For now he will spend at least the next couple of days in the ICU attempting to make this happen.



I must take a minute to say the "T-Bird Clan" are some of the strongest friends I have ever met in life. Amy, Lauren and Nicole are just what a family or husband/father would want. They are beyond awesome and any of us would be lucky to have them. I am lucky to call them my friends and love them very much.



Lauren and Nicole have been reading the comments and please keep them coming. The support from friends and family is always special but at times like these I think extra special.



Thank you all for being who you are. We may be one giant disfunctional family here, but underneath it all there is compassion, caring and genuine feelings with most everyone. That is something in life that should be cherrished.
