Our waitress was pleasant, very hot and never let my a beer glass get empty at my table. What more could we want??
One thing that might help would be if they put the plates at the tables..grab one and just approach the food item you want. That way if one thing at the beginning of the line is out for a while, you can at least just grab something else and get one with the merriment. It seemed like one thing running out was stopping up the line. Of course to do that they would need to move the tables out farther toward the bar and make room.
