My favorite teams
Am I not on ignore?
So, I'm just trying to clear this up. Is Warden saying someone killed themselves for attention? I don't see the logic in that idea.
No, his made up story to get sympathy. Assholes and homophobes like him doesn't deserve symathy.
Don't let him get to you.Is warden suggesting that someone who attempts suicide is then not allowed to make fun of someone?
Don't let him get to you.
I seen a raccoon frozen to a metal pole the other day .
Do you take sleeping pills to help regulate sleep? I'm prone to days where I'll be up for 2 days straight for no real reason. I've done melatonin to help me fall asleep and that does the trick most nights, but on my odd 2 day streaks I'll usually call in a script and my doctor knows about it. I've found, for reasons I don't quite understand, that if I take a cold shower < 30 minutes before I want to go to bed has helped recently.Amazing I didn't see this thread earlier. I will not go into details publicly, but have experienced personally issues like this. I will discuss privately if someone would like to talk, anyways I have been taking meds for 30 yrs now to combat what I struggled with when I became a teenager. I have seen one common link for most..
The common link is not being able to shut the brain down and actually sleep. My problems went away when I was finally able to shut down my brain and actually sleep. I think with most people that have attempted suicide and succeeded is they cannot shut the brain down long enough to get the REM sleep to regenerate.
Before I learned about my affliction, I went yrs with little to no good sleep, always thinking, never resting.
Now that I have it under control, I do have an advantage over others in my profession, because my mind is working to solve problems until I force it to not to while others just don't have the capacity to spend the brain time like I do...
Its a gift and a curse.

I have the same problems that oober has mentioned. If i dont take sleeping pills i dont sleep ... period.
I would go to bed with the light on and somehow that helped tricked my brain from thinking so much so i could try to sleep. But for now, a prescription of sleeping pills.
