Well if you actually watched the game... Komisarek was being a hack and certainly deserved it.



The hit from behind that is known as a 2 minute boarding penalty and nothing more? Oh wait he was penalized for that. I guess every board makes you a cheapshot artist and a thug like Gillies and Cooke.

He did try to fight him a few shifts before and Komisarek wouldn't... so with all of the attention of the refs/linesman on the scrum he two handed Komisarek in the legs. Komisarek turned down a fight, was playing like a hack... so why should Avery fight him 2 shifts later when he can get away with a nasty slash?



But a 2 hand slash makes you a thug like Cooke and Gillies I got it... damn there really are a lot of thugs in this league.



He must really be the league's golden child if he's allowed to get away with such heinous crimes and avoid punishment

A spear to the stomach, a slash to the leg, a tap to the back of the mask, a light glove punch to a mask and one of the weakest sucker punches I've ever seen = trying to "injure" someone. Yet you have guys flying around with deliberate elbows and punching unconscious people and that's the same.

I'm glad Thomas recovered from the concussion he received after the devastating blow to the head dealt by hitman Avery.

I hope Thomas realized it was Avery that hit him and not some known/classless hack like Cooke or Gilles. Avery isn't known for anything like that and it was just a case of mistaken identity/accident. Thomas should feel like a jerk knowing it was unintentional.



I think Sharp will be back sometime by the weekend. And Kruger will be filling in for him until then I think.

He never made Cancer comments to Blake, that was something Darcy Tucker made up (who is a far bigger hack than Sean Avery) The Radio Station that said he made fun of Blakes Cancer eventually got sued because of it.
