First of all, some perspective. I and my family are not in harms way we are in Illinois and parked the boat in St Augustine for hurricane season. I dont want to be a ****** that worries about a possession when people are losing lives.
That being said We tied about 10 years of savings into that boat so it would suck to loose it. Yes we are insured but we would still be out about $35k in a total loss situation. Again its still just money and not life ending.
If the hurricane stays off shore as predicted then the winds probably wont top 50mph. In that case the boat should be ok even with tidal flooding because its strapped down at all 4 corners.

Abaco and Grand Bahama are pretty much fucked as Dorian moving so slow (at one point 1 mph) that it is basically just squattimg on Grand Bahama right now.
Tried to post vids but wont let me post Mp4 files on my phone.
