Cubs Fan Since: Hard to say. I was from downstate in a turf war town between STL and CHI fans. A close friend was a STL fan, and I gravitated toward that because he was. Then a girl in our neighborhood was arguing with him that the Cubs didn't suck because they had good players like Ryne Sandberg. I started to ponder this. I looked into the matter and, somewhere in there, I reset my loyalties to my home state team.

Favorite Cubs Moment: On TV, watching that 20 K performance by Wood. In person, I went to see Wood pitch in 1998. He struck out Galarraga 4 times that day and totaled 13 Ks I think. Left without the decision, but the Cubs came back and Scott Servais hit a game winning home run in the 10th or 11th.

Hello all!
My dad was born and raised in Chicago so the Cubs, Bulls, Hawks, and Bears were the only teams i was allowed to root for, and 27 years later i am still rooting for them. The only non-Chicago team i root for are the Wolverines. I am excited for the Epstein era for the Cubs. :cubs:

Hello everyone,
I grew up in SE Wisconsin. I have been a cubs fan since I was like 8 so 25+ years. My grandma was a huge Cubs fan and she raised me a Cubs fan. Her husband (grandpa) was a W sox fan so growing up in that house was a lot of fun lol.
My family wife kids dislike baseball because when it starts I NEVER miss a game and all activitys are planned around Cubs games lol.
Favorite current cub- Prince fielder I mean umm Starlin Castro
Fav of all time- Mark Grace
Favorite moment- I was at big z's no hitter in miller! But also talking and sitting behing the pitching staff 2 yrs ago. We talked to everyone,got balls for kids and had a blast!
