I think a new GM absolutely has CW on a short leash and will ultimately want to pick his own guy. All the more reason Poles shouldn’t have tied himself to Eberflus this past offseason. Either misguided loyalty, stupidity, or both.

sticking with Eberflus and hiring Waldron. signing Davis and Bates are all fireable offenses IMO

Top 10 in points scored or yards allowed?

The 2021 team was #6 in yards allowed but 22nd in points scored. You can say it was a top 10 defense, but it only amounted to 6 wins.
