Are those circles broken because they were forced to interview someone outside the circle? Or do they just do a token interview and hire the guy they wanted anyway?

Few coaches are hired the first go around. It is a good way for minority coaches to understand what NFL teams are looking for and get feedback. As well as to just start making connections in the NFL which is primarily a who you know business.

If the coaches getting the opportunity dont feel insulted then not sure what CCS is complaining about. Coaches always have the option of turning it down like Glenn.
