Thanks to everyone posting on my thread. Very interesting responses. Myself I have a full head of hair although it's thinned and receded a bit as I grew older. Many hairdressers over the years have told me women would die for my hair. To me my thick mane was more bothersome than attractive. I only let it grow out some in the 70's when that was the style. But I hated long hair as it was bothersome while doing physical labor. I keep my hair short and my only vice now is using Just For Men shampoo to keep a salt and pepper look. otherwise I'm totally silver.

I get the same from my wife. I love her hair, but she thinks hers is too thin. That had an interesting side effect.

My hair is still pretty thick for pushing 40 (I've broken brushes before), even though I started getting a few grey hairs at 25. But, because of that she lives her hair vicariously through mine so I'm not allowed to go short.

The shortest I'm allowed is shoulder length (I'm also not allowed to go clean shaven--which I'm happy about, but that's another topic). I don't mind because I can always pull off an impromptu windmill whenever Slayer's "Raining Blood" or other appropriate song happens. But I decided to give back and basically grow it out for about 2-3 years until it hits my lower back, I then cut of 12-15 inches of it and donate it to Wigs for Kids. I still have enough Non-grey hair that they accept it without question, and enough length that my wife doesn't complain, and can still headbang without looking like a bowling ball on a spring.

I have luxurious thick beautiful hair, like pretty much the direct opposite of bald. Not to humblebrag and/or embarrass the boys here with chit beta genes, but hey, you asked.

Pfft. Your beta genes can't even produce enough testosterone to go bald. There's a reason Vin Diesel's the leader over Paul Walker. Also, don't be a beta, shave that shit off and grow a beard. The half/half thing is true beta shit and you look like a creep. Shave it off and become the alpha you were meant to be.

I have a nose hair trimmer from the sharper’s image. Do they make one for ears in case I need one when i’m older?

Ftr I have an amazing pompadour and am naturally manscaped (except for my nose)

I spontaneously bought one of those as seen on t.v nose hair trimmers at the checkout line of some store. It also had ear and eyebrow trim capabilities.

10 clams. Works like a champ. Have not and will not test the eyebrow function.

I just bought a pitbull skull shaver on recommendation from my brother in law. Probably wouldn't have done it without the recommendation, but so far the thing works awesome.

One of them got noticeably bigger over a short period of time. I distinctly remember sitting through a movie thinking this ain't right. Saw the doctor and pretty fast diagnosis after that.

Are you shooting blanks now? Not going to ask how it came up sitting through a movie........

Glad all is well.

I am not bald, and my father at the age of 72 has not gone gray.

Still got one good one. Just had to bang my wife twice as often for kid #2. As for the movie comment I just meant sitting there for two hours was uncomfortable when I had never had a problem before.

if you're black, shave it off. If you're white and look like Vin Diesel or Jason Statham or have a beard and work out, then sure...shave it off. If however you're none of the above and look like a creep with a van to lure children, don't shave it off.

Vin is 1/2 black...
