Some people love ordering a nice Ribeye and chewing on the fat for several hours to try and digest it. I'm not one of those people.

We already established (even if @brett05 refuses to acknowledge being wrong) that steaks are safe served raw on the inside provided they get a sear on the surface. (unless he is ordering the less expensive, spoiled meat, in which case he gets it "well-done" thinking that it will be safe)

Yup. @brett05 has not only been proven wrong about steak doneness safety and ran away after trying to make it about BLUE not being "rare," he is now being #busted for being a BLUE rare attentionwhore both IRL and on the internet and doing the whole "straw man" dodge before he runs away again.
