MVP has never really been clearly defined. If it's the most valuable player to the league, then it's not Aaron Rodgers, who has revealed himself as a selfish, self centered lying asshole. He's hurt the NFL and it's reputation. It's not the best player award.

They need to rename the award anyway to just say, QB of the year or whatever. It's been about 10 years since anyone other than a QB won it. The only other position to win it besides QB has been RB until you go all the way back to 1986 with Lawrence Taylor. But in the past 20 years, a RB has only won it 3 times (Adrian Peterson, LaDainian Tomlinson, and Shaun Alexander).

No surprise that the most valuable position in sports is usually the most valuable "player."
His year this year statistically isn't as good as last year, for whatever that's worth. Who's more "valuable" in the NFC though?
