How much better is it that your normal tower space heater?

I have one of those I run in the living room.
From a cool factor? About two billion.

Functionally? I can't come up with the $400+.

My wife was bitching the other day about the house being cold, threw some pine in the woodstove had the house at 86.

I just got rid of my woodstove a couple of months ago...wife was bitching about it making the house look dated. So had a couple guys come by and take it

Curious, what do you guys set your house at in the winter? I usually turn it down to 60 at night and when we aren't there. Then when we are home, I'll turn it up to 67-68ish.

I might as well set it to 60 cause it can't heat the living room past that

I usually have mine set to 74

I turn on the Heater when the outside temp drops under 40. Usually set the thermostat at 70.

I have a found a proper single malt pour eliminates the need for any heat.
